Being fit and healthy is a journey that is different for everyone, but the one thing that holds true for everyone is that it will take hard work, commitment and dedication. This is your journey, embrace the ups and downs because you will appreciate the results much more.

Here are some tips to get started
1. Have a plan- what days can you workout, what will I prepare for my meals
2. Make your own meals
3. Schedule a time/s and days to workout. Make it an appointment to yourself, for yourself and keep it like you would any other appointment.
Give it a try, and of you don't get it right the first time, try again and again. Eventually you will form a habit, if you stick with it.
