Workout Motivation!

Happy Wednesday- so you may think to get a good workout you may have to have a ton of equipment. Not so much: heres a simple circuit you can try to burn calories and build muscles... No equipment necessary

1. Glute Bridge. 3 x 10
2. Inchworm 3 x 10
3. Wall sits 3 x 30sec
4. Plank to pushup 3 x 10
5. 3 way pushup: 
10 diamond pushup
10 regular pushup
10 wide pushup
6. Burpee 3 x 10
