Individual Personal Training Session
This one to one 45 minute personal training setting, will provide you the individualized attention you may need help you with improving your health and fitness, help you stay motivated, hold you accountable, and help you train smarter while addressing your specific fitness goals. To keep you on track, your trainer will create a personal training program that works around your schedule and budget, conduct ongoing fitness assessments, nutrition and activity accountability.
Want more out of your workout, enjoy a variety of exercises that will strengthen your entire body and improve cardiovascular health. Increase your strength and challenge your major muscle groups using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get ongoing fitness and nutrition assessments and accountability. You and a partner will be motivated in a fun and energizing setting, as you work towards your goals together.
Group Jam Sessions
Classes offered Tuesdays & Thursday from 6:30pm to 7: 30pm.
Whether you are a beginner or a pro, this is for you. With our 60-minute Jam Sessions, we combine cardio, strength and core workout into one great class. Get it all in one workout and see results fast. Get your heart-pounding, muscles pumping, total body workout designed to produce a stronger, fitter you. You will get a full body conditioning with a mix of strength and cardio intervals.
